Every accessory purchased from QuietCorner includes a 12-month warranty starting from the date of receipt, based on the invoice or valid proof of purchase.
If we replace a product or a part, the warranty period begins again from the replacement date.

2. Warranty Coverage

QuietCorner repairs or replaces products free of charge when:

  • The product shows manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality.
  • The item is still within the warranty period.
  • The customer provides a valid invoice or proof of purchase, and the product remains intact with its original labels, packaging, and accessories.

3. Warranty Exclusions

However, this warranty does not apply in certain situations. For example:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, drops, bending, liquid exposure, or chemicals.
  • Missing packaging, labels, accessories, or proof of purchase.
  • Repairs carried out by unauthorized service centers.
  • Products that already passed the warranty period.

4. Warranty Process & Handling Time

To make the process easier, please follow these steps:

  4. If we cannot fix the product after 3 repair attempts, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the problem comes from a manufacturing defect, QuietCorner covers the shipping costs both ways.
  • On the other hand, if the damage falls outside warranty coverage or results from customer misuse, the customer pays for shipping.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuietCorner takes responsibility for repair, replacement, or refund according to this policy.
Nevertheless, we do not take responsibility for indirect losses such as data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.
